As of 5 a.m., Monday, strong winds associated with tropical depression Quinta affected the western and northern seaboards of Luzon. Quinta was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 430 km west of Dagupan City while moving south slowly. Maximum wind was at 55 kph near the center. Meanwhile, an intertropical convergence zone was affecting southern Visayas and Mindanao.

low pressure
At 2 p.m. Wednesday, a low-pressure area was estimated at 280 km east of Mindanao embedded along the intertropical convergence zone affecting Visayas and Mindanao Philippines.
Everybody is advice to go safer Ground specially Flash floods areas..
